The brisket on my cheese steak sandwich was almost beef jerky, cooked way too long. The Korean fries were gross. The Korean tacos were gross. The banana pudding had hair in it. Frac hand burger wasn’t terrible. Will never order from here again.

I visited Pachuco’s while on a work trip as it was a short walk from my hotel and I was in the mood for some Texas BBQ. Thankfully Pachuco’s was there. Upon walking up, I saw the pig on the sign and had a good feeling. It was moderately busy in there with some awesome metal music playing. Already a good start! The menu consisted of the regular you would expect from any BBQ place (a variety of meats, sandwiches, etc) but what makes them stand out are the more interesting dishes like Korean fusion dishes and stuff like that. I went with the basic half pound of brisket and slightly more adventurous brisket fried rice. The brisket was really good and juicy and paired well with the Pachuco’s BBQ sauce, raw onions, and roasted chiles. The fried rice was really dry but still tasty. I will definitely visit again next time I find myself in Midland.

The burgers are amazing! All of them. The meat is great quality, seasoned and cooked to perfection! The poutine with brisket is something I get EVERY TIME! The sticky ribs are different but a must! The patty melt is one of my favs in town! Everything is so good! They really love what they do!!! Parking is pretty easy. And dining in is solo friendly!

Wow. A hidden gem style restaurant that im sure all the locals no about. What it lacks in looks from the outside it more than makes up for inside. I had the Korean Loco Moco as suggested by the employees. And I found the portion very lunch comfortable. I wasn't stuffed, I was just right to continue the day. Its kind of family style seating, there's a good chance you could be sharing a table during the rush hours. I will definitely be making multiple trips. Maybe again today.

I highly enjoyed the food. The price seemed very reasonable to me. Brisket: 5/5 (not dry, very juicy) Turkey: 5/5 (not dry at all for smoked turkey) Jalapeño sausage: 5/5 Elote: 5/5 Charro beans: 5/5 Mac & Cheese: 4/5 (too dry and not cheesy enough for my personal taste) Peach cobbler: 5/5 (best cobbler ever!) BBQ sauce: 5/5 (I’m not a BBQ sauce person. This sauce had me dipping all my meat.) Texas toast: 5/5 (so butter, crispy, and delicious) We ate there for dinner around 6p.m. on a Saturday, and it wasn’t busy at all. We got our food right away. My only complaint was the fountain machine is behind the counter. You have to wait for someone to refill your drink. Overall, I would definitely recommend someone to come eat here!
